Running and single leg jumps
In the middle of week 17:
Ran 10 minutes at PT.
Started off jogging at 4 and by the end of the 10 minutes I was running 5.4 miles per hour.
Good leg can hop 150 vs 75 on the bad leg. Not bad.
Not swollen but sore.
I feel good!
